My name is Ron Jedwab and I’m President of Lincorp/Borchert. I recognize that most people experience some anxiety looking for a home remodeling contractor and conceptualizing their project through to completion. I’d like to show you how we do something unique in our industry. It is my goal that every kitchen, bath, addition or finished basement project becomes a very positive experience.
It is possible for your home renovation project to be done right the first time without hidden charges, hassles or poor quality that are all too commonly found.
There are many general and remodeling contractors that talk a good game but very few deliver on their promises.
Unfortunately, because of the economy many new companies have sprung up in the remodeling industry. These companies don’t have the training or experience or to complete a quality, comprehensive remodeling project.
A recent 2009 survey by a consulting firm that specializes in the remodeling industry found that 33% of the remodeling contractors listed in local telephone directories were out of business within five years. I am proud to say that my company has been in business continuously since 1989.
