Ron Jedwab

OWNER

Ron Jedwab, owner of Lincorp/Borchert and CAPS certified, is also experienced in new home construction. After apprenticing with two home building companies and working independently as a professional builder, Ron founded Lincorp in 1989. In 2014, Ron also acquired Borchert Building Company in Washington Michigan. Over the last 27 years, Ron and his family have built the business on proven building techniques, practices and solid business management skills resulting in successful building projects. While not running his business, Ron enjoys an active lifestyle with his family participating in a variety of activities including bike riding and travel. The Michigan coast is another favorite retreat for Ron and his wife, Linda. Ron also enjoys volunteer work and is part of the board for organizations such as Help for our Troops and Homes for our Disabled Troops. He also volunteers for Project Build through his local NAHB, working on various construction projects.

Ronda Ballard

LEAD DESIGNER

Our lead designer has more than 20 years of design experience and is a graduate of Baker College. In addition to her degree in interior design, Ronda completed the kitchen and bath design certificate program to allow her to focus on those core spaces. She strives to understand each client’s goals for their project and to develop a unique concept for them that meets their criteria and budget. Ronda enjoys a good challenge and finds it rewarding to offer solutions that deliver the aesthetic results the homeowner desires, in ways they had not imagined. Her goal is to exceed the expectations of her clients through exceptional service,communication, and attention to detail.

Fun Fact: It all started with recycled materials and her brother’s Legos…

Krista Buchholz

DESIGNER

An early fascination with architecture lead Krista to earn a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Central Michigan University. She enjoys working closely with her clients and educating them about all the various products and materials available to them. She guides clients through the design process to create a unique space that reflects their personal style because each project is as unique as each of our clients. It is important to find the right balance so that the space is not only beautiful, but also functions well. Krista is able to find this balance by focusing on all the details of a project for a client. It is most rewarding to hear how much someone not only loves how their new space looks, but that they also enjoy spending more time there as well.

Fun Fact: While Krista enjoys designing beautiful interiors, you will most likely find her enjoying her time outdoors.

Jordan Eggli

MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

With a background in Digital Media Production, Jordan focuses on using his varied talents to help in any way he can. Whether he’s working on our social media presence, updating our process books, fixing computer problems, or researching new marketing techniques, Jordan always works with a positive attitude. He enjoys video production and going to the movies.

Fun Fact: Jordan is the office jokester and loves making people laugh.

Vickie L. Higgins

VP OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

Vickie has over 40 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax preparation. She is responsible for all our accounting functions, as well as, financial reporting. Ever since she ran for Senior Class Treasurer and won, she had been interested in financial management. This eventually led to being the Treasurer of the PTA for 9 years while her children were in elementary school, a wide variety of freelance work, and 26 years working alongside Ron Jedwab in the remodeling industry. Vickie continues to be a valued member of our family. Fun Fact: Vickie had Top Secret clearance while working on the cruise missile turbine engine as a configuration manager.
