I had such a great experience working with Lincorp - from start to finish!!! My addition and remodel to half my house was done in less time than some of the other neighborhood projects that are still going on! Although the remodel was the kitchen and a good portion of the living area, we did not need to move out and the workers were super respectful to our family and our space. The calendar with the schedule was spot on - minus 1 week - and that is unheard in the construction business!!! Not only that, 10 months after the project was done, I got a call asking how everything is and if there was anything they needed to come out and fix!!!!

Working with Licorp was GREAT! From start to finish, Ron and his crew did exactly what they said they would do time wise and we were VERY pleased with the quality of work in our renovation. I would HIGHLY recommend Lincorp.

master bath, dressing area, and basement kitchen. The new tile, plumbing and fixtures, cabinets, relined tub, and paint are beautiful and tremendously improve the appearance and functionality of our home. The quality of the materials and workmanship surpassed our already high expectations. You completed the job on schedule and on budget. And you were incredibly easy and pleasant to work with.

Borchert completely renovated our dated 80's gallery kitchen and made great suggestions to add much needed storage space without changing the footprint. They performed all work as promised, within the scheduled timeframe and agreed upon budget. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome and our overall satisfaction. We were very happy with the process and final product.

Borchert designed and competely remodeled my kitchen. I am completely in love with it. Staff listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions that were in keeping with my budget. The project started and ended as scheduled, everyone was friendly and professional. The disruption and mess was kept to a minimum. Borchert did such a great job on the kitchen that I had them come back a year later and remodel an outdated bathroom.
